Bernard’s Oven Crispin’ Seasoned Coating Mix for chicken and turkey is a light, crunchy, seasoned coating formulated to make oven-baked chicken and turkey attractive and crisp - and preparation very simple. All this at a cost of only pennies per serving.

BARBECUE FLAVOR:
Our very successful original Oven Crispin’ was followed by our Barbeque Flavored style that bakes to a golden hue. The meat stays moist and succulent. The flavor is sweet with just a hint to smoke. No hot spices - just a palate pleasing blend that complements the meat. Preparation is extremely simple, just moisten the portions. Coat with the mix and bake.
Buttermist Pan Spray is a versatile product that is the real flavor of butter, concentrated and dissolved in canola oil. One can of Buttermist equals the flavor of more than two pounds of butter. Spray on grills, pots, waffle irons, baking pans, casseroles or spray on top of rolls, bread and pastry before baking to give a natural butter sheen and flavor.
Buttermist is excellent for spraying on cooked, drained vegetables to give a butter flavor while contributing virtually no fat or cholesterol per serving. It can also be used on cooked pasta to keep it from sticking together and makes preparing grilled cheese sandwiches easier than ever before. Butter Buds is a dry mix product requiring only the addition of warm tap water to produce a natural flavor “butter sauce” that is fat and cholesterol free and contains no trans fat, at a much lower cost than butter. In its liquid form, Butter Buds can be poured over potatoes, vegetables, pasta, noodles, rice and fish or it can be used as a dry sprinkle-on to flavor any number of dishes.
