These basic mixes produce great cakes, but because you add common commodities, such as flour, non-fat dry milk, salad oil, margarine or butter, real economy is realized.  Labor is saved also, since we provide as many as seventeen ingredients that you will not have to measure or mix separately.

We call them Hi-Yield since a #10 can of regular cake mix provides only one 18" x 26" sheet pan cake, whereas Cake Start’r gives you Four Times as Much - Four 18" x 26" sheet pans from each can.  Extra care was also taken during formulation to insure that the finished product would be Extra Moist with excellent eating and keeping qualities.
