Through research in our laboratories, our Cake Mixes were developed into “Sheet Pan” Cake Mixes. It was necessary to achieve a rise that would stay “risen” all during the baking period as well as the cooling period. This was done to perfection. This is a convenient and time saving mix to use - no cracking of eggs or beating of egg whites - nothing to add but water.
Chocolate Cake Mixes:
We offer you Devil’s Food Cake, which is much darker and richer then the average Chocolate Cake Mix.
Complete Gingerbread Cake Mix:
As a dessert item, who doesn’t like Gingerbread? Especially when it has the fine spicy aroma, light texture and richness of a homemade type Gingerbread. Ours is just that. This Gingerbread is wonderfully delicious served warm, plain, topped with Lemon Sauce, or even a pat of butter. For those who prefer Gingerbread cold, it is equally delicious. A square of Gingerbread served with a whipped topping such as Whip Trene or any topping of the cook’s choice would also make an eye-appealing, perfect dessert to complement any meal.
White - Yellow Cake Mixes:
Each and every one of the cakes in this group are delicately flavored, light-textured and easy to prepare. Nothing to add but water. Aside from being delicious served as plain cakes, these cakes may be made up in a variety of ways. They are perfect for Upside Down Cakes, Lady Baltimore Cakes, Boston Cream Pies, etc. A perfect dessert to complement any meal.
