Bernie’s are an M & M type candy product to be used primarily as an ingredient or topping for baking.  Our label is complete with recipes for Bronto Cookies and Bernie Bars, which use several commodity products; as well as Double Fudge Cookies, which incorporate our Chocolate Brownie Start’r. Bernie’s are excellent as a topping for Rocky River Bars, Cookies, or Brownies.  They can also be used as a decoration on a frosted cake or as an ingredient in Trail Mix.
