Our French Toast Batter Mix is complete with the egg and milk solids already included.  The only thing needed is water.  Not only is this an especially convenient item as far as preparation is concerned, but it cuts the expensive refrigeration space required when whole eggs are used.  Making small batches of French Toast at home starting from scratch may work for a small family, but think what would happen if you were to make up 200 pieces of French Toast and put them in stacks of 25.  This would result in a culinary disaster as the bottom 20 would be crushed.  However, for modern institutional feeding, our French Toast Batter Mix will give a raised golden brown appearance.
