Our Sweet Cream Buttermilk Pancake Mix is economical, nutritious and very tasty.  Nothing to add but water - the sweet cream buttermilk solids and dried eggs have already been incorporated into the mix and balanced to perfection.  This Buttermilk Pancake Mix produces light, fluffy pancakes and is an extremely popular item in institutional feeding because of the ease of preparation and the flavorful, delicate finished pancakes.  Our product can also be used as a quick batter dip for onion rings, shrimp, chicken, etc., simply by preparing the batter according to label directions and then adding additional water to obtain the desired consistency.  As a breading, it can be used by dipping foods into water or milk and then coating them by rolling in the Buttermilk Pancake Mix.

A true specialty item, this product also is used to make Fritters.  To make Corn Fritters, use with either cream style or whole kernel corn.  To make Pineapple Fritters, use sliced pineapple, pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple.  Just add water and either corn, pineapple or apples to make the most delicious fritters that can be produced.
