This is true ‘carrot’ cake mix.  Made with Low Moisture Carrots instead of imitation flavor.  When reconstituted, each #10 can contains the equivalent of 30 ounces of raw prepared (trimmed) carrots.  When topped with Bernard Whip Trene or Calorie Control Cream Cheese Icing, the finished product is a dessert Par Excellence.
