The ‘companion’ item to our Quick Coffee Cake Base is our Cinnamon Coffee Cake Topping Mix.  This is a streusel-type topping sufficient to top one 18" x 26" sheet pan of coffee cake or two 12" x 20" pans of coffee cake.

This product can also be used to make Bar Cookie Crust.  Besides being developed specifically to go with Our Quick Coffee Cake Base, this topping can be sprinkled over the batter of any flavor cake for a real old-fashioned topping just like “Grandma used to make”.

 

 

A complete mix to which only water need be added because the dairy ingredients have already been added.  This is a High Yield whipped cream topping and filling.

Each #10 can will yield 4 gallons or 24 gallons per case.

In addition, a 5 gallon yield per #10 container can be achieved by the addition of non-fat milk powder or 30 gallons per case.

This type of Whip Trene can be prepared with either whole fluid milk (regular or skim milk) or with Powdered Non-Fat Milk.  Many institutions receive government commodity powdered milk, and our E-Z Made Whip Trene enables them to utilize their free powdered milk.

Other foodservice establishments have indicated a desire to prepare a delicious whipped topping using fluid milk instead of water - and our E-Z Made Whip Trene ‘fills the bill’ for those who wish to prepare Whip Trene with fluid milk.

Each 12 oz. can of E-Z Made Whip Trene, when the fluid milk or powdered milk is added, will make One Gallon of delicious Whipped Topping.

Each #10 can of E-Z Made Whip Trene, when the fluid milk or powdered milk is added, will make Four Gallons of delicious Whipped Topping.
