The Strawberry Glaze Mix can be used with Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Cherries, Plums, etc.

The Golden Glaze Mix can be used with Peaches, Pears, Apricots, Green Grapes, Melons, Apples, Pineapple, Bananas, Grapefruit, Oranges, Papaya, Mixed Fruit, Fruit Cocktail, etc.

Bernard® Food Industries Glaze Mixes will enhance the use of water-packed fruits, fresh fruit, as a topping on ice cream sundaes, as a cake topping on Bernard Diet Cake Mixes, as a topping on Bernard Angel Food Cake, as a topping on puddings of all types.

NOTE: Each ¼ cup serving of glazed fruit will have 18 mgs or Thirty Percent (30%) of the U.S. RDA of Vitamin C from the Glaze Mix Plus the additional vitamins and minerals the fruit itself contains.  Besides providing nutritive value, Vitamin C helps retard fruit discoloration.
