Bernard Food Industries, Inc., has successfully replaced the bulk of sugar and has developed a no sugar added Icing Mix requiring only the addition of water, and produces a finished icing that is “sugar-sweet”.

Each 8 ½ oz. can of Calorie Control® Icing Mix will yield sufficient icing to cover four 8-inch round layer cakes, or the equivalent of 36 tablespoons per container. 

In addition, these fine Icing Mixes are cholesterol-free, low-fat, and low-sodium.
