
Alfredo Dinner Mix consists of Broad Noodle Egg White Pasta combined with our Alfredo Sauce Mix. The addition of margarine, butter or oil, water and Poultry or Seafood is all that is necessary to complete this entrée. The Egg White Pasta used in the production of this product will hold-up well when held at temperature for long periods of time without deteriorating and breaking down.
We offer two preparation methods on the product label: Stove Top or Steam Kettle Directions and Oven Cook Directions. Although the use of either set of directions make this product very easy to prepare, the Oven Cook Directions allow for the very efficient and simple method of combining our product with the necessary components to complete the Entrée in a steam table pan, cook it in the oven then simply place the pan in the steam table for serving. Nothing could be easier!
This Entrée Mix product has broad application to School Foodservice, Long Term Healthcare, Jails, Camps, Meals on Wheels and just about any type of Foodservice operation you can think of.
Servings per can: 22-8 oz. providing 1½ Meat/Meat Alternate and 1 serving of bread.
32-5½ oz. providing 1 oz. Meat/Meat Alternate and ¾ serving of bread.
Label directions also show that Meat can be doubled to increase the Meat/Meat Alternate.
