Mac N’ Cheeseburger Dinner Mix consists of a Macaroni style Egg-White Pasta product combined with Cheddar and Romano Cheese.  The addition of cooked ground beef, water and milk will complete this product, creating a delicious Mac N’ Cheeseburger Entrée.  We use an Egg-White Pasta in the production of this product because it lends itself to being held at temperature for long periods of time without deteriorating and breaking down.

We offer two preparation methods on the product label: Stove Top or Steam Kettle directions and Oven Cook directions.  The use of either set of directions make this product very easy to prepare, the Oven Cook directions allow for the very efficient and simple method of combining our product with the necessary components to complete the Entrée in a steam table pan, cook it in the oven, then simply place the pan in the steam table for serving.  Nothing could be easier!

This Entrée Mix product has broad application to School Food Service, Long Term Healthcare, Jails, Camps, Meals on Wheels and just about any type of Foodservice operation you can think of.

Servings per can: 80 – 4 oz. providing 1 oz. Meat/Meat Alternative and ½ serving of bread.
                             60 – 6 oz. providing 1-½ oz. Meat/Meat Alternative and ¾ bread.
                             40 – 8 oz. providing 2 oz. Meat/Meat Alternative and 1 bread.
