The nation’s first compete line of nutritionally engineered, protein-building convenience foods for all institutional use.

We have been working with and providing improved body-building, protein-added products to Bernard customers for many years.  A letter received from the Food and Nutrition Services of the United States Department of Agriculture in 1984 confirms that our labels were submitted to them and that the Department of Agriculture will acknowledge the product’s approval by indicating that the labeling content meets the required contributions toward Child Nutrition Meal Program data.

The Bernard concept is to give service to the full institutional field - with compete ready-to-mix, cook and serve products.  We know that experienced Food service managers, Dietitians, Chefs and Cooks want complete kitchen-ready convenience foods.  These wise and competent food administrators know the real difference in kitchen-time cost and true serving economy represented by our Complete Tex-Pro products.

Tex-Pro products have met with instant customer response because they were developed for all institutional food service operations from nursing homes, hospitals, County, State and Federal institutions, to schools, camps, resorts and fine public dining rooms.

Tex-Pro makes a real difference in value and economy as well as in full nutrition for every institution.  To date, we have no peer or true competitor.  Strangely, other firms (including some of the nation’s largest) continue to promote and advertise incomplete soy based >extenders’ to which the customer must add seasonings, vegetables, flavoring and other questionable nutritive ingredients at their own expense in time and material.

We invite open comparison of the full nutritional analysis shown for each Tex-Pro product and on every Tex-Pro label.
