Pudding Mixes: E-Z Made

 

Our E-Z Made Instant Pudding & Pie Filler is similar to our Complete Instant Cream Pudding & Pie Filler, except that milk has to be added by the customer.  All other ingredients are identical to the Instant Pudding which is complete.  This product is welcomed by institutions who receive dry milk powder from the government commodity program at no charge.  Dry Milk powder, which is easily added to our E-Z Made Instant Pudding Mix reconstitutes as the pudding is prepared in minutes.  It lends itself to a delightful low-cost dessert.  Fresh milk can be used in place of powdered milk if desired.

Can be prepared using dry milk powder or fluid milk.

To prepare and serve a complete Pumpkin Pie, the prepared filling can be poured into a crust made with Bernard Graham Cracker Crumb Crust #517128 or Pan-Ready Honey Graham Crumb Crust Mix #517147.

And the best way to top it all off is with any of the following delicious Bernard brand toppings - Meringue Topping #543067; Complete Whip-Trene #543087, or E-Z Made Whip-Trene.

When prepared with dry milk powder, each #10 can will yield nine 9" pies, or one 18" x 26" sheet pan.  When used for Pumpkin Pie Pudding, each #10 can will yield 76 - ½ cup servings.

When prepared with fluid milk, each #10 can will yield eight 9" pies, or one 18" x 26" sheet pan.  When used for Pumpkin Pie Pudding, each #10 can will yield 72 - ½ cup servings.
