Our Reduced Sodium Instant Nacho Cheese Sauce Mix is easily prepared by simply adding the sauce mix to hot water and mixing by hand with a wire whisk, then after allowing sauce to stand briefly, mixing again prior to serving. This is the same rich creamy cheese sauce as our standard product; however, this sauce mix is manufactured without any added salt.

Use Bernard Reduced Sodium Instant Nacho Cheese Sauce over Tortilla Chips, Vegetables, Baked Potatoes and French Fries, on Tacos, to make Mexican Macaroni and Cheese and Nacho Cheese Dogs or Nacho Chili Cheese Dogs.
