Two of the most popular items now found in Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Programs from coast to coast are “Tacos” and “Taco Joe” sandwiches.  Our Complete “South of the Border” Taco Seasoning Base really ‘fills the bill’.  Mix contents with ground beef and water, serve in taco shells garnished with shredded cheese and lettuce, and the kids will love them.  For a tasty open-faced “Taco Joe” sandwich, take the prepared taco filling and ladle over open-faced hamburger nuns.  Garnish the plate with lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese.  Truly delightful!
