Bernard Food Industries, Inc. has been manufacturing gravy mixes since 1949, and the fact that we have maintained them in our product line for all these years speaks of their quality.  However, when new ingredients or improved ingredients come along, then it is incumbent upon us to take advantage of them to create new products - those that are the Very Best.  This is why we have added these two mixes to our line.

Our long-standing customers have come to expect a certain quality from our regular Beef and Chicken Gravy Mixes.  Now we have created a Gourmet brand of Instant Beef and Chicken Gravy Mixes so that existing customers of the very finest commercial eating establishments, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and other foodservice institutions, who won’t mind spending another penny per finished ounce can get the VeryBest.  Incidentally, they are meatless.
