A fine sauce for A La King and other entrees requiring a ‘cream sauce’ base, our product already contains sweet cream butter milk powder - nothing else need be added other than water.  Can readily be used for Chicken A La King, Turkey A La King, and Tuna A La King.

As a cream sauce it lends itself perfectly for such dishes as creamed potatoes or peas, seafood casserole dishes, vegetable casserole dishes, with chipped beef for breakfast or luncheon use, etc.

A versatile, complete sauce mix easily prepared in just minutes.  Simply combine Bernard Alfredo Sauce Mix with water, bring to a gentle boil and low simmer for one minute.  Alfredo Sauce is excellent when combined with poultry or seafood and served over just about any type of pasta product such as:  Fettuccini, Linguine, Spaghetti, Rotini, Egg Noodles, Shells, etc.  For a meatless entrée, serve as a Primavera by combining Alfredo Sauce with a broccoli/cauliflower mix or California Medley and serve over the pasta of your choice.  Alfredo Sauce also makes a popular dipping sauce for bread sticks.

Our Instant Cheese Sauce Mix is so easy to prepare. Simply add the Cheese Sauce Mix to hot water, mix by hand with a wire whisk, allow to sit for a few minutes, wire whisk by hand again briefly and its ready to serve. A slightly sweeter and more lightly spiced version of our Marinara Style Spaghetti Sauce Mix, Bernard brand All Purpose Marinara Sauce Mix is perfect for serving with meatballs, meatloaf, rice, noodles, string beans, broiled or baked fish, and may casserole dishes.

For those institutions receiving government commodity tomato products, All Purpose Marinara Sauce Mix is the perfect vehicle for utilizing the government commodity.

Directions:
Pour contents of this container (21 oz.) into a large pot, add 2 gallons 5 pints (10½ quarts) of water, 10½ pounds (1½ #10 cans or 5½ #2½ cans) tomato paste, 1½ cups (12 oz.) of salad oil and stir until smooth.  Then bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.  Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.

For Smaller Servings:
Use ¾ oz. mix (2 Tablespoons), 12 oz. (1½ cups) water, 6 oz. of tomato paste and 1 Tablespoon of salad oil and follow above directions.

To Make Spaghetti Sauce with Meat:
Brown two pounds of ground beef until crumbly.  Then stir into sauce while it is simmering.

Contains sugar, salt, corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and other spices, parsley.

Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica and the Caribbean, in which Chicken, Beef and Fish are dry-rubbed with a mixture of native spices.  Our spice mixture includes allspice, Scotch bonnet peppers, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and thyme.
