These are complete soup mixes that require only the addition of water in order to provide the customer with rich, high quality convenient soups. 

The Chicken Noodle has a rich chicken flavor with an abundant amount of egg noodles. Serving suggestions shown on the label give directions for adding the right amount of chicken and vegetables to make this very much a home-style soup.

The Chicken Flavor Alphabet has a rich chicken flavor with an abundant amount of alphabet noodles.  For  old-fashioned Chicken Alphabet Soup, add diced or shredded cooked chicken, cut or sliced carrots and celery.

The Meatless Vegetable is a true vegetarian soup, using our pure vegetable consommé base with a balanced blend of Low Moisture Tomatoes and other Low Moisture Vegetables to make for delightful eating. 

GLUTEN FREE

This is a product we formulated which is good enough to withstand all competition.  We use a real Consomme Base, and, as you know, this is what all chefs would use in making this type of soup from “scratch”.  We use our Toasted Sauteed Sliced Onions in such abundance that we doubt if you could eat a bowl of this soup without finding at least half of each spoonful full of onions.

Besides being a top quality soup, our Meatless French Onion Soup can be used for seasoning pot roasts, sauces, gravies and rice, and the juices left in the pan make a fantastic base for gravy or au jus.

This product is complete in itself and truly resembles an old fashioned type Minestrone Soup loaded with a wide variety of vegetables, and a good rich beefy flavor.  Add julienne or cubed beef and you have a meal in the pot.  Add whole baby or razor clams and you have a rich Manhattan Clam Chowder.  Needless to say, Bernard Meatless Minestrone Soup would delight the finest of palates.

Tortilla Soup Mix combines all of the things you like best in Mexican cooking.  This rich, full-bodied, fully-seasoned soup contains low moisture tomato, onion, corn, bell peppers, green chili, celery and cilantro as well as Cheddar and Blue Cheese.  It is virtually a meal in a bowl that can be served as a meatless product or shredded chicken can be added, if desired. 

This is a high quality soup designed for School Foodservice and College Ala Carte line sales to students and faculty as well as for restaurants, catering businesses and industry cafeteria.  Additional serving suggestions include topping our Tortilla Soup with broken tortilla chips, sliced avocado and shredded cheese.
