These are Dry Soup Mixes to which water, or even powdered milk may be added. However, these Dry Cream Soup Bases have dairy ingredients already incorporated. We find that just as many people use our Cream Soup Bases as sauce bases as they do for soups. For example, our Mushroom Soup Base, simply by reducing the required amount of water by 25%, will make a delicious mushroom gravy - rich and creamy. These dry soup mixes are “bases”, and to enhance them, the user should add a small can of mushroom pieces to the Mushroom Soup Base.
This makes this finished product ‘perfect’ from every standpoint.
The “cost per serving” of our Dry Cream Soup Bases is less than half the cost per serving of liquid cream soup bases produced by other companies.
