Nursing homes, convalescent homes, homes for the aged, hospitals and other health care institutions can make good use of this very nourishing product.
Excellent as a drink for commercial use in hotels, restaurants, in-plant feeding operations, clubs, summer camps, etc. Milk or nonfat dry milk to be added.
