This no sugar added, low cholesterol Custard Mix is not only a “no bake” product, but can either be served in a dessert cup or made into a dietary Custard Pie.  One of the secrets of success in our Special Diet Line is that it is almost impossible for the patient to tell the difference in flavor between our Dietary products and our regular products.  This not only gives this product “patient acceptance,” but it helps stimulate morale in that a patient can enjoy a decent bit of food though it is dietary in nature.
