The Strawberry Glaze Mix can be used with Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Cherries, Plums, etc.
Bernard® Food Industries Glaze Mixes will enhance the use of water-packed fruits, fresh fruit, as a topping on ice cream sundaes, as a cake topping on Bernard Diet Cake Mixes, as a topping on Bernard Angel Food Cake, as a topping on puddings of all types.
NOTE: Each ¼ cup serving of glazed fruit will have 18 mgs or Thirty Percent (30%) of the U.S. DV of Vitamin C from the Glaze Mix Plus the additional vitamins and minerals the fruit itself contains. Besides providing nutritive value, Vitamin C helps retard fruit discoloration.
