Bernard Pancake and French Toast Batter Mix is a complete mix dual use product that requires only the addition of water. No additional milk or eggs are needed.
For light fluffy Pancakes, just add water and mix by hand or in mixer, pour out batter on a lightly greased griddle and fry until golden brown on each side. Add more water to batter if a thinner pancake is desired.
For Waffles, add water to mix and pour batter in a pre-heated and well-greased Waffle Iron and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
For the best French Toast you’ve ever had, place mix in a mixing bowl, add water and mix with wire whip. Dip bread in batter and allow to drain slightly before placing on lightly greased griddle. Fry until golden brown on each side turning once.
