EZ Made Pumpkin Pie Filling and Pudding mix is an instant product requiring only the addition of dry milk powder and water or fluid milk.
After mixing, the prepared filling can be poured into serving dishes, a pie shell or a sheet pan lined with Pan-Ready Honey Graham Crumb Crust Mix #517147.
A great way to top it all off is with Bernard Complete Whip-Trene #543087 topping.

When prepared with dry milk powder, each #10 can will yield nine 9" pies, or one 18" x 26" sheet pan. When used for Pumpkin Pie Pudding, each #10 can will yield 76 - ½ cup servings.
When prepared with fluid milk, each #10 can will yield eight 9" pies, or one 18" x 26" sheet pan. When used for Pumpkin Pie Pudding, each #10 can will yield 72 – ½ cup servings.
