Sans Sucre® is a registered Trademark name for our retail line of Stevia sweetened bakery mix products. Shown below are three Stevia sweetened brownies, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Classic Blondie and an Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake mix. These mix products are certified Kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. Stevia is a plant that is native to South America and has been used as a natural sweetener for hundreds of years. Stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar.
Sans Sucre® bakery products are primarily for retail, but due to recent Foodservice requests we are making them available to our institutional customers as well.
