A blend of the finest of pure spices and seasonings that a true Thousand Island Dressing calls for, yet one package of Bernard’s Thousand Island Dressing Mix will give a yield of three gallons per package. This versatile dressing provides a considerable saving over liquid gallon dressing while allowing the chef to alter the recipe to make his own “house” dressing. Also can be used as a base for “seafood” sauces.
