Directions

Directions for 2 Sheet Cakes:

1. Preheat: Oven to 350°F.
2. Combine: Add the entire can (4 lbs) of Angel Food Cake mix to a mixing bowl with 5 cups (1 ¼ qt) of water.
3. Mix: Use a wire whip and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
4. Pan Prep: Do NOT grease two sheet pans (18" x 26" x ¾"). Divide batter evenly between the pans.
5. Bake: For 20-25 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly pressed.
