• 3 Quarts (24 servings / 3 Pies): Combine 1 pouch (12 oz) mix with 4 ½ cups skim milk.
• 1 Quart (8 servings / 1 Pie): Combine 1 cup mix with 1 ½ cups skim milk.

Instructions

1. Whisk: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mix and skim milk.
2. Start Slow, Then Whip: Begin on low speed, increasing to medium as the cheesecake thickens. Whip for 5 minutes.
3. Portion & Chill: Divide into pie shells or serving dishes. Chill for 1-2 hours before enjoying.
