DIRECTIONS

2 Gallons:

1. Combine: Empty the container into 1 gallon of water.
2. Add Water and Ice: Stir well, then add enough additional water and ice to make 2 gallons total.

1 Gallon:

1. Measure: Add three (3) LEVEL tablespoons of mix to 2 quarts of water.
2. Add Water and Ice: Stir well, then add enough additional water and ice to make 1 gallon total.

Individual Serving:

1. Dissolve: Mix ½ teaspoon of mix with ½ glass of cold water.
2. Fill and Stir: Add more water or ice to make a full 8 oz. serving.

Note for Diabetics: Can be consumed freely with no limitations.
