Directions
Fluid Milk Option:
- Heat Milk (180-200°F): Scald 3 gallons of whole or fresh skim milk. Remove from heat.
- Combine & Stir: Add the entire container of mix to hot milk, stirring with a wire whip.
- Portion & Chill: Pour into pans or individual cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg/cinnamon if desired. Chill 1-3 hours.
- Serve: Top with cream, whipped cream, fruit, nuts...your choice!

Non-Fat Dry Milk Option:
- Boil Water: Bring 3 gallons of water to a boil.
- Blend Dry Ingredients: Combine container contents with 3 lbs non-fat dry milk powder (measure with container or by weight).
- Add to Water & Stir: Remove water from heat. Add the dry mix, stirring with a wire whip.
- Portion & Chill: Follow steps 3-4 from the Fluid Milk Option.
Note for Agglomerated Dry Milk:
Use 1 ½ times the container volume (or 3 lbs) of milk powder, reconstitute in cold water, then boil. Follow the normal process.

Important Points:
- Non-fat dry milk will increase the yield to 150 - 3 fl oz servings.
