Option 1: Using Dry Milk Powder

1. Combine Dry Ingredients: Blend the mix with 1 pound (or 1 quart) of skim milk solids until thoroughly mixed.
2. Add Water & Mix: Add the dry mixture to 4 ½ quarts of cold water. With a wire whip, mix on low until moistened, then on medium speed for 3-5 minutes.
3. Portion & Chill: Pour into 16 - 9" pie pans or 2 - 18" x 26" sheet pans. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Option 2: Using Fluid Milk

1. Combine & Mix: Add the mix to 5 quarts of cold milk. With a wire whip, mix on low until moistened, then on medium speed for 3-5 minutes.
2. Portion & Chill: Pour into 16 - 9" pie pans or 2 - 18" x 26" sheet pans. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
