Directions
For a Full Batch:
- Combine: In a bowl, whisk together 20 oz. of mix (1 pouch) with 3 cups of water until smooth.
- Prepare: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and lightly grease the surface.
- Cook: Pour batter onto the hot griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
