Directions
  1. Blueberry Muffins:
    • Combine: Add the contents of the pouch to 10 oz. of cool water.
    • Mix: Stir with a large spoon for 3 minutes or mix with a paddle attachment on low speed for 2-4 minutes until smooth.
    • Bake: Fill lined muffin tins ¾ full and bake in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    • Cool: Let the muffins cool before serving.
  2. Bran Muffins:
    • Combine: Add the contents of the pouch to 16 oz. of cool water.
    • Mix: Stir with a large spoon for 3 minutes or mix with a paddle attachment on low speed for 2-4 minutes until smooth.
    • Bake: Fill lined muffin tins ¾ full and bake in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
