Directions
  1. Standard Preparation:
    • Chill: Place a large mixing bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
    • Combine: Add the contents of the Whip-Trene package to the chilled bowl.
    • Mix:
      • Measure 1 gallon (4 quarts) of ice-cold water.
      • Using a wire whip and electric mixer, start on low speed and gradually add water until the powder is completely wet.
      • Increase speed to high and whip for 3-5 minutes until fluffy and peaked. Important: Do not overwhip.
    • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the finished Whip-Trene for at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
  2. Directions for 5-Gallon Yield (with Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder):
    • Combine: In a chilled mixing bowl, add:
      • 5 quarts of ice-cold water
      • 1 container of Whip-Trene
      • 1 quart (1 lb 2 oz) of non-fat dry milk powder
    • Mix: Follow the mixing instructions from the standard preparation (start on low speed to wet powder, then high speed for 3-5 minutes). Do not overwhip.
    • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
