Directions
Basic Spaghetti Sauce:
- Combine Ingredients: Add the contents of 1 pouch (21 oz) to 10½ quarts of water (2 gallons + 5 pints). Stir in 10½ pounds (5½ quarts) of tomato paste and 1½ cups (12 oz) salad oil until smooth.
- Cook: Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Your spaghetti sauce is ready to serve over pasta or use as a base for other Italian dishes.
Optional Additions:
- Add 2 lbs of cooked ground beef, Italian sausage, or meatballs for a richer flavor.

Smaller Batches:
