Directions

For Taco Filling:

1. Cook the Meat: Brown 10 lb. of ground beef and drain excess fat, or use 8 lb. of precooked beef crumbles.
2. Season & Simmer: Add 1 ¾ cup (9 oz.) "Thrifty" Taco Seasoning Base and 2 ½ quarts of water to the cooked meat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Assemble & Serve: Fill taco shells with the seasoned meat. Garnish with shredded cheese, lettuce, and your favorite toppings.

5 ½ quarts

For "Taco Joe" Sandwiches:

1. Cook the Meat: Brown 10 lb. of ground beef and drain excess fat, or use 8 lb. of precooked beef crumbles.
