Directions

For 1 Gallon (16 cups)

1. Combine: Mix 4 cups of skim milk or ice water with the entire pouch (6 oz) of Whipped Topping Mix in a mixing bowl.
2. Whisk: Using a whisk attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute until the powder is moistened. Scrape down the bowl and whisk.
3. Beat: Increase speed to high and beat for 3 minutes.
4. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Smaller Servings:

• 2 Cups: Mix ½ cup skim milk (or ice water) with 3 level tablespoons (¾ oz) mix. Follow steps 2-4 above.
• 4 Cups: Mix 1 cup skim milk (or ice water) with 6 level tablespoons (1 ½ oz) mix. Follow steps 2-4 above.

Tips:

• For a thicker topping, use skim milk instead of water.
• Diabetics: A two-tablespoon serving can be considered a free exchange.
