Directions

Butterscotch Brownies:

1. Combine: Mix 5 lbs Butterscotch Brownie Mix with 1 1/4 lbs soft butter or margarine for 1 minute on medium speed using the paddle attachment.
2. Add Water & Mix: Add 2 1/2 cups water and mix for 2 minutes more.
3. Pan Prep: Spread batter into a well-greased 18" x 26" sheet pan.
4. Bake: Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

Chocolate Brownies:

1. Combine & Mix: Place 5 lbs Chocolate Brownie Mix in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment. Add 2 1/2 cups water and mix until smooth.
2. Pan Prep: Spread batter into a well-greased 18" x 26" sheet pan.
3. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
