Directions

1. Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1½ cups dry mix (10 oz. by weight) with ¼ cup water. Paddle arm mix for 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
2. Prepare Pan: Pour the batter into a greased 8” square pan.
3. Bake: Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 25 minutes or until done. Allow to cool before cutting.
